1 Defence Pure Help

I've just bought membership for my soon-to-be 1 defence pure and this is the first pure I'm planning to actually complete. I'm hoping to have 50/60 Attack, 80+ Strength, 1 Defence, 90+ Magic, & 90+ Range at the end of this but right now, I'm kinda stuck.

I don't know what quests I should do for certain benefits and to avoid over levelling. At what level I should do them? And secondly, how should I train my levels? Train my Strength to a certain level first then start Attack? Or is there some sort of guideline I should follow?

And yeah, I've googled it and I did get some results but none of them were clear enough to help me.

you should do all the gnome quests + fight arena and waterfall first, they are relatively easy and they will give you attack and str xp which will put you at around 50 already.

You should get some range and mage first - add me in game if you need any help.
