Cant get my main back....

I have had my main for about 5 years now and my mom did something stupid that made jagex lock my account because of negative funds. Now shes blaming it all on jagex when clearly its her fault and she keeps pissing me off. I even offered to pay for it myself but since i dont have a credit card i need her help. Yet, still she wont do it. Its pissin' me off because she would let me get members on my other account but not get my main back? Really, in her mind that makes logical sense?

But that sucks. Everything seems to be riding on your mother now and its up to you to convince her to use her credit card to get your main back. She probably just doesn't want to pay Jagex because it sounds like she thinks they are a bad company.
