Please need help URGENTLY!

Yesterday i sold 640m rsgp to gartingnic, who is now banned on the forums. We did in increments, and he charged backed all $365. I Already sent this money to my mom so she could put it in my savings account, so i have nothing on my paypal. I am now $-365 and i have no clue what to do. I can't find a way to email paypal or contact them so i can tell them what really happened, and in the resolution center i can't find a place where i can respond to the buyer. I honestly have no idea what to do in this situation, i legit sold him the money and after one day he charged it back.. i can't be out 365$ and 640m Rsgp there has to be some way i can fix this... Please if anyone knows anyway that can help me resolve this fraud, please let me know, i would be extremely grateful.

 

From the looks of it you're going to have to pay PayPal back, if you don't then PayPal could start getting people knocking on your door and such.

 

If you have proof he got what you sold him (like if you took pictures of the trade) then paypal will give you all the money back.

 

No they won't give your money back.

There is nothing you can do except call them and ask how to pay them back (bank account, CC etc).
