    Multilogging
    Open two RuneScape clients (browser, downloaded, or two browsers), log into the lobby on each of them. Then, select your world on each of them and proceed to click the "Play" button on both very fast.

    It is possible to do 3+ accounts at the same time. But you need to be very fast for this to be done.
