1 Week Ago I Decided To Purchase 200k Worth Of Gold. I Purchased And Payed A Little Over $250 By Paypal To Their Paypal Account On Through Their Gold Selling Website. After The Transaction Was Completed They Confirmed My Payment By Calling Me And Asking Alot Really Personal Questions Which Is'nt Revelant And I Was Begining To Worry About Letting Them Know Too Much About Identity. After The Call Was Finish, They Then Sent Me An Email Asking For A Photo-copy Scan Of My Passport Or License To Confirmation About My Identity. And Immediately I Knew Something Was'nt Right About These Guys. I Refused To Send Any Photos Of My Identity Online To Them. So I Said, I Will Not Risk My Identity To Fraud. Either You Accept The Payment Or Return My Money. So I Requested A Refund As Anyone Would Do At That Point. Not Long After I Received A Reply Still Asking For My Passport Copy. After Numerous Emails Back And Forth Regarding A Refund, They Kept Sending The Same Replay To Have Me Send A Passport Copy. And This Procedure Went On And On For 2 Days Straight. It Was Like They Did'nt Want To Refund My Money. Mind You, I Did Chat To Their Operator Online And After Letting Him Know About My Payment Order Number And Asking Why They Would Not Refund My Money? Guess What Happened Next? He Was Quite And Did'nt Speak. He Then Went Off-line And Did'nt Come Back On And This Was A 24/7 Online Helpline...
From That Point On.. I Knew I Had Been Scammed. I Later Tried To Reach Them By Email Through Their Support Link And Since Then I Had No Replys.
I Posted A Warning Thread A Few Days Ago And Also Commented On Igxe Threads. They Replied That Igxe Was A Legit Company And Denied My Claims And Said Maybe There Was A Mis-understanding? I Dont Think So Igxe! I Paid The Amount And No Gold Was Given!!! Igxe Totally Ignored My Emails For A Refund. So How Do You Explain That Igxe? From What I Believe, Taking And Not Paying Is Stealing.

Same with Rswalmart, they are very fishy although I did send them a copy of my drivers license and paid to them via WU to confirm my identity, I mean hey if they want to commit fraud they can go for it and get arrested with my details lol but either or they would not refund my purchase and the operator and owner acted as if they were unaware of the situation. I threatened to report them to court and the owner said he would pay me but not until I sent him a dollar through WU, don't become a victim of this bull shit. Fuck the chinks and hide them under your sinks. I'm not a racist but they put the name on themselves.

you payed with paypal, alot of chinese companies do this, they get burned so often, with fake paypals this and that, the id scan is just to verify you are indeed the paypal owner, ive submitted my id to quite a few places, and never had an issue, its the way there business is run, like your at a store you pay for goods with a credit card, they wanna see your id simple.

First of all, nobody has the right to have a copy of your identity under any circumstances. Only applying for line of credit is the only reason you should have your identity details revealed. Revealing your identity is explosing you to identity fraud. You are risking your identity being taken to either line of credit or stolen identity. This is'nt something to put at stake and i would'nt even think twice about it. By the way i paided by credit card through Paypal option.

So if someone asks you to scan an image of your identity, they are really asking for permission to scam you! do Not under any circumstances besides (line of credit)-(knowing about it) do you reveal your identity out to anyone, especially online!!! Remember you are just buying gold, they don't have the right to obtain your personal information. Once again Thank you for the replys.

I purchased 200k online currency for Elder Scrolls Online and IGXE only delivered 88k.
I purchased 200k online currency for Elder Scrolls Online from IGXE on 06/25/2014.

I did not hear anything from IGXE for 5 days so I contacted them (06/29/2014). They promptly sent 50k and 38k, while I was in-game.

The next day (06/30/2014) I noticed on their website my order was changed to Completed. I contacted IGXE customer support and Ronney told me the money will be sent.

I waited 4 days and did not hear anything from IGXE, so I contacted their customer support again (07/04/2014). I spoke to Ronney and he now claimed the order was complete. He then told me someone from IGXE will contact me. I waited 4 hours and I did not hear anything from IGXE. After that I spoke to two customer support reps from IGXE three times and all three times they dropped the chat on me.

They sent a screenshot claiming they sent the money, but I told them the screenshot means nothing as you can change the destination name before sending. I also noticed the screenshot's date is the date of my dispute (07/04/2014) and not they day they claimed to have sent it.

Now they are claiming they sent 112k (which I am missing) first, then the 50k and 38k. I was online during the time I received the 50k and 39k mails and did not receive the 112k mail, so they are lying.
