    The ICC.

The international criminal court in the hague fights against genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. My question is though in a country in Africa I forget the name they have warranted the arrest of a leader still in power. If this leader travels to any of the 119 countries that are part of the ICC it is mandatory for them to arrest him, the reason he cannot be arrested in his own country is because he is still in power thus in command of the army and police force, which the ICC relies on to make an arrest as they have no army or police force of their own.
Said leaders reply to his warrant for arrest was to kick 15 non-profit organizations like UNICEF out of the country, what he also did is travel to different African countries who aren't part of the ICC and considering they wouldn't work with the ICC he is then free to do as he pleased whilst mocking the ICC, while this is going on the crimes against humanity etc. are still continuing in the country even more so due to the removal of non-profit organizations.
While some people say the ICC should butt out because they have done enough damage already, others say that there is so much going wrong in the country they've seen it all already and it can't get much worse.

My question is what is your opinion should they go away and wait until he is no longer leader, or should they continue to follow his movements while h mocks the ICC, who will then be waiting for him to slip up so he can be put to justice ?
