I want to fully disclose both accounts. I created/used Trackmind after my previous pardon was denied. I understand that using another account while Synoninnamon was still DNT was against the rules.

I have also moved since my original case, so my current home IP is different from the IP I used in 2021 and 2022. I am submitting this from my current home connection without a VPN or proxy.

Trackmind/Synoninnamon is attempting to trade whilst DNT

The November 2021 report involved an unpaid 100M deposit plus payments of 72M and 28M from two service tickets, totaling 200M. Those amounts were later repaid.

There was also an earlier delayed refund involving 133M. That was resolved after repayment, and staff lifted the ban/DNT from that report while warning me about my trading practices.

After the later payment issue, I filed a DNT/BAN dispute on December 1, 2021. I was told that I needed to use the pardon process instead.

I submitted a pardon on December 2, 2021. During the review, staff confirmed that both reports had been repaid and that there were no outstanding debts or signs of evasion at that time. The pardon went to voting and was denied on December 14, 2021.

After that, I created/used Trackmind. Trackmind joined on December 17, 2021. In January 2022, staff connected Trackmind to Synoninnamon and told me to request a pardon instead of ban evading. I was then reported for promoting a trading Discord through Trackmind while Synoninnamon was still DNT. Trackmind was banned for one week and another week was added to Synoninnamon.

To the best of my knowledge, I do not currently owe anything related to these reports. If staff finds something I have overlooked, I am willing to address it.

I am not aware of any other undisclosed offenses or Sythe accounts.

I do want to specifically include Trackmind here even though staff already discovered and punished the account in 2022. I do not want to leave anything out of this pardon.

To the best of my knowledge, Synoninnamon, formerly W1ll0wCaptain1, and Trackmind are the only Sythe accounts I have used. If staff finds another account or connection they think belongs to me, I am willing to clarify it.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

My main account is Synoninnamon, formerly W1ll0wCaptain1. I joined Sythe in 2019 and was heavily involved in the RuneScape service market.

In November 2021, I handled my service business badly.

I had spent too much of the gold I had available on advertising while also having workers and customers who needed to be paid or refunded. I ended up without enough gold immediately available to cover everything I was responsible for.

At the same time, I was dealing with financial problems outside of Sythe and became inactive on Discord. I had recently started a job and eventually used money from my paychecks to buy the gold needed to pay what was outstanding.

That was the situation I was in, but I understand that it was still my responsibility.

If I was going to run a service and have workers or customers depending on me, I should have kept enough funds available to cover those obligations. I also should have communicated instead of becoming difficult to reach while people were waiting on money.

The amounts were eventually repaid, but I understand now that repayment afterward does not make the way I handled it okay. People should not have had to chase me down or make reports to get paid.

I disputed the DNT/ban on December 1, 2021 and was told that I needed to request a pardon.

I submitted Synoninnamon requesting a pardon for payment delay the next day.

Staff confirmed that the reports had been repaid and that there were no outstanding debts at the time. My pardon went to voting and was denied on December 14, 2021.

I accept that decision.

Looking back at my old pardon, I spent a lot of time explaining why I was having financial problems and pointing out that everyone eventually got paid. I do not think I really addressed the bigger issue.

Whether or not I intended to scam anyone was not the only thing that mattered. I accepted obligations that I did not have enough money or gold available to immediately cover, and then I did not communicate properly once there was a problem.

After my pardon was denied, I made another bad decision by creating/using Trackmind instead of continuing through the pardon process.

In January 2022, staff connected Trackmind to Synoninnamon and told me to pardon rather than ban evade. I was also reported for promoting a trading Discord through Trackmind while Synoninnamon remained DNT.

I should not have done that. If my original account was restricted, I should have respected the restriction and waited until I could use the pardon process again.

I am including Trackmind myself because I want staff to have the full history instead of leaving something out and hoping it is not noticed.

It has been more than four years since the Trackmind incident and almost five years since the original payment issues.

I know that time passing by itself is not a reason for a pardon. What I can say is that I understand the mistakes differently now than I did when I submitted my first pardon.

If I were handling a service today, I would not accept work or financial obligations unless I already had enough funds available to cover them. Money that belonged to workers, customers, refunds, or deposits would stay available for those purposes instead of being spent on advertising or something else.

If there was a problem, I would communicate immediately instead of disappearing.

And if Sythe restricted my account, I would use the dispute or pardon process instead of trying to return through another account.

I also understand that paying everyone back was something I was already supposed to do. Repayment alone does not mean I deserve to be pardoned.

I regret how I handled the payments in 2021 and the decision to use Trackmind afterward. I am asking for another opportunity to return through the proper process and participate while following the rules.

If staff needs clarification about either account, my old Discord information, my IP history, or anything else related to these events, I am willing to provide it.

I understand that the decision is up to staff and I will accept the result.

Yes. I have read the current pardon rules and requirements. I am submitting from my current home connection without a VPN or proxy and have tried to provide the full account, repayment, and ban-evasion history that I am aware of.
