Need help with Pre-Paid Visa PLZ

Hello, i just purchased a 150$ prepaid Visa with the intentions of buying RS mills with it so i try to add it onto my Paypal(created an account just for this) and it asks me to add my bank account to be able to use the CC....wtf? SO i have tried adding it twice with no avail PLUS it took 2$ my card for 2 auth charges...lame.:'(

Unfortunetly i have transferred all my money to moneybookers and now i get a new error when i try to send money to people, as follows :

"Unfortunately, you are not allowed to make a payment to *********@gmail.com using the money deposited via TRN ID 5458***** as this transaction was completed via our SMS verification procedure.
When making this deposit you have been informed that these funds can be used to make deposits to Skrill (Moneybookers)' merchants only. Please view the deposit options in the 'Upload funds' section of your account."



All i want to do is use this money up and never ever use them again its been terribly frustrating i bought this card 4 days ago and still have not been able to use it for its intended purpose, Please help Thanks.

 

You don't need your bank account to pay with a prepaid Visa on Paypal.

Few little things:

Have you registered the card on the prepaid card website? Usually it has a website on the packaging that you need to go to, so you can put your address and name and postal code onto the card to verify/activate it.

Have you confirmed your Paypal account's email?

Do those things and if it's still not working then you should probably call either Paypal or Visa.

Take the prepaid Visa, and use it to buy a Greendot Moneypak
You'll lose about $5 but you get to keep the rest. MAke sure to have some cash on hand for the sales tax.
Paypal will let you add the Moneypak without adding a bank account

You can't use prepaid cards on paypal. It's against their rules
