08/31/2026: I took order #11057 (1500 Slayer Points boost).

09/03/2026: Order was completed, delivered, and confirmed with screenshots at 6:01 AM (VET).

09/07/2026: The server verified the service and processed my payout without any issues.

09/14/2026: 11 full days after delivery, the client claimed their account was cleared, and the server blamed me without justification.

Attempt at Internal Resolution:
I tried to present my case directly with the TONS of XP administration to resolve this amicably. However, due to their outright refusal to discuss the facts and their unilateral decision to confiscate my funds without evidence, I am forced to bring this matter publicly to Sythe.

Key Arguments & Rule Violations:

Scope of Responsibility: An account is my responsibility only while I am actively working on it. Once my service is delivered, verified, and paid for, I cannot be held accountable for events occurring long after completion.

Time Lapse & External Factors: 11 days passed after delivery. During that timeframe, the owner could have accessed the account, shared credentials, lent it out, or hired other workers on different platforms.

Presumption of Innocence & Hidden Proof: Violating basic fairness and my presumption of innocence, the staff explicitly stated: "We have our proof but we choose not to disclose it." Withholding my deposit based on secret, unverified claims without providing technical proof is unacceptable under Sythe's dispute policies.

Desired Outcome:
I request that TONS of XP either present clear, technical, and verifiable proof of their claim here on Sythe, or immediately release my deposit and clear my name.
