How they scammed:
I used to play on here for a bit a while ago before they had a new owner, i was good with the previous owner, Dave.
He sold the site to someone else, and i recently came back to the site when my IRL friend asked if i wanted to watch him play and i asked him if he could borrow me something and sent me a tip on the site.
I shortly after won a big amount from a bonus on a slot, and kept on playing for a bit until i tried to cash out my balance.
It took a while, while his was approved within 10 minutes. I was waiting hours, and randomly it got cancelled and said my account is locked and had to contact them on Discord.
There they kept ignoring me after i showed them all the proof they need and keep closing my tickets.
The reason was because my IRL friend gave me some codes a while ago before he quit for a period of time gambling, he was banned for this, and not long after he told them the reason unbanned again.
I used them and tipped the money from it to him wich was only $8, that was beginning this year.|
The only time i got a reply was the first time when the site told me to contact on discord, and they called me out for things i never did, and use this as an excuse to just ban people and steal their balance.
Other promo codes are open for everyone to claim in their discord after u wagered the required amount.
But the balance i tried to cash out i won from the tip from my IRL friend, and the codes were used from the $500 Wager amount to redeem, after i already tried to cash out the won amount.

Saying i was only here for collecting tips, while i never chat in general, the only one who tips me is my IRL friend Kaspeer, wich are not really tips but he borrows me money through tipping there so we can play together:

Here i showed them proof of everything, and also where my friend sent me those codes to try:
( u can also see i only redeemed 10 codes in total since i have my account over a year ago.)

and kept getting no replies.

All this, only for my own money i borrow from my IRL friend, and shortly won on that slot as shown.
Nothing earned or won from using a promo code,

Used in total over all the time i played on the site only 10 codes, where 6 of them were from
completing the $500 wager requirement, and the codes redeemed are in their discord channel.

and the other 4 were from my friend that sent me them as shown, that were apparently private codes, u only get when u are a certain rank on the site.

Wich he didn't tell me about, but this was a long time ago already.

The amount i tried to win, was earned legit.
They decide to ignore me after i showed all the screenshots from it.
