    Still, there's not such as "unlimited", most host limit to 250K inodes per account.

    This is false advertisement.

    I wouldn't suggest buying from him. He is just reselling so he can't control the uptime. He will have access to your files so I'd be weary also if he doesn't pay then you won't gt the hosting either.
