Staff Feedback

I'm not refuting your feedback, but I just wanted to let you know it's stipulated in the rules and mods may interpret the rules as they see fit. And if mods don't back each other up, and undermine things other staff do, we'd be a right mess. Team work is a big thing.

Awesome Stranger -dont see u much but im not in ur area's
Cosrob97 -absolutely grateful he's a mod asset to the community
Determinate -i see u in report a scammer section alot handling business
Djweasel -50/50 with u
FlyingToast -always a pleasure great asset
JohnK -dont see u doing anything but spamming in spam section.
KerokeroCola -sythes wonder women shes everywhere
Kinaesthic -ur graphix mod and only heard good things about u
MohtasaUnique -nice guy, good mod + he's funny
n4n0 -hot headed sumtimes but him n fire are the most active mods by far.
Snow Patrol -ehh havent really seen u do anything...
SuF -cool dude gppd mod always active


Blupig - can any1 say anything bad about this mod? =)
Clashfan - always taking out the trash in report a scammer
CSkiffingt1 - always active always helping others.
FireZ -"the hammer" hardest working,most active, and all around great mod
Giddy -always a pleasure to talk to
Karl -50/50 he deffinately has sythes interests at heart. i just dont think he knows where the line is.
Nick - my main man will do business with u anytime and by far i believe the most trusted user on sythe. Ive handed him 4bil w/o any questions asked. i would like to see u more tho man.
Sacro -active and overall good mod
Sin666 -remind me never to get on ur badside =) ive looked through old threads lol


Giverny -not a fan, personalty clash. But i wont ever say u dont deserve ur position because u most deffinately do. i appreciate ur honesty as well.
Matthew - busy handling business/donations.
Govind -viou situation left a bad taste in my mouth with u. but 1 situation doesnt outweigh the thousands i believe u handled right.
Sythe -thanx for the website.

maybe because u and many others act like hes still a mod.
irc perfect example he had kick powers and he isnt a mod. u cant be both and i believe many of have failed to account for that.

 

IRC is seperate from sythe.

Great job cleaning the RaS section to all the mods who have cleaned it in the past days! Great job, I'm glad to see it empty at the moment.

 

Nice to see entire assessments being completed. Thanks to those of you who are taking the time to fill them out.

 

Well I appreciate it but alot of people don't see me as much because I'm on my iPhone. I'm gonna try get some stuff done tonight. Or tomorrow.

FireZ - I know you're trying to keep your reputation of being "Mr. Hammered" but I think you need to work on the way you approach appeals and high pardons. I've seen things before that made me want to comment on it, but I never ended up bothering to do so. After reading some of the recent...

Regardless of whether or not they really are scammers, they're still people. They still took the time to make an appeal/pardon, and you should still show them some respect; regardless of whether or not you like them. Telling someone to "go to hell" is just rude, and unnecessary. Also, a brief sentence explaining your reasoning for denying them really isn't very difficult. Just try to be a little less apathetic when dealing with them.

I like you and I'm not posting this to try to bash you. I just thought it should be addressed. Overall, I think you're a solid moderator.

My brief 2 cents.

 

My personal life has had a complete overhaul recently and I'm clinging on to my sanity by the skin of my teeth. I have fully explained my absence to staff and partially in public elsewhere on the forum. Once again though, I fully apologise for my absence. Have been mainly participating in staff activities for the past month or so, however.

 

I wouldn't go as far as to call them people, I prefer the term animals.

Why should anyone ever show respect to someone who decides it would be a good idea to steal from other people? I'm pretty sure someone stealing is worse than someone telling another to go to hell.

However, I agree that it would be better to explain yourself.

 

Showing and having respect for others is what, in my opinion, separates myself from the, "animals".

 

You should show respect no matter what, otherwise, you're at the same level as the person you're talking to.
