    Dear Sythe Staff,

My name is "Silentknifez" and my real life name is "Mats".
I'll start this off completely from the beginning, from the point I came to sythe till the moment I got banned.

I started playing RuneScape in 2006. I had been told about this site at about the end of 2007, but I never registered. All I did was sometimes check out the accounts there are being sold here and there. I was really amazed by this that there was a market for this game, so I actually got into it more and more and began checking sythe more often. Then you had one of the worst moments in RuneScape's history: The removal of the wilderness and free-trade. I expected there wouldn't be any market anymore so I just quit and never looked at sythe at that time. I just came on RuneScape like once in a month to talk to friends. Then mid 2008 I actually got really into RuneScape again and started playing as much as I used to before, and at this point I finally registered on Sythe.org. I checked Sythe daily and even used things like my iPod and my PS3 to check Sythe before I went to sleep or right after I came home from school. I was pretty much still what they call "A noob" in RuneScape, so I couldn't buy or sell anything on Sythe, because I had nothing to trade with. But then one of my close friends quit RuneScape and gave me about 30M RuneScape Gold and that's where the trading began. I bought my first ever account on sythe successfully without being scammed. It was so much fun trading RuneScape Items/Accounts and whatnot, so I continued, but not everything went well and I ended up getting scammed. The 1st guy also happened to be a friend of this guy and the first seller also scammed me after. I got both of these people banned by reporting them.

Did more trades between that time and the time I quit RuneScape again somewhere mid 2010, but they haven't got anything to do with the situation I am in right now really, so I'm skipping this part (Next part is where it get's important.)

1st January 2011. The return of free-trade and the Wilderness was announced (Or came back already, can't remember exactly). I was super excited and came back to RuneScape. I was also excited to get back into trading on Sythe. At this point I made myself a PayPal account and started trading with real life money. This was a huge step forward for me, but little did I know the risks. I began "merchanting" RuneScape GP by buying low selling high. This worked pretty well, untill I came across this guy that used stolen PayPal accounts to pay people. I had about a balance of $215 on PayPal after he payed me. One day later I was about to do a trade, logged into my PayPal account and saw I had a negative balance of -$160.
    (I made a thread here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1023160)

I was kind of sad and disappointed and I tried getting my money back but it didn't work out that way. I had about just enough RuneScape GP left to pay my debt off so that's what I did, because I didn't want any trouble. But still I didn't learn my lesson and I just kept on merchanting by trading multiple people untill I got to a point where I had more than a billion GP. I had this one good customer who would buy from me almost everytime I had stock. So I was pretty much settled and I just kept selling to him. But once again things didn't go well. He had all of his money on an account that he bought, which ended up getting recovered by the original owner. So it all pretty much backfired on me and he made three disputes on PayPal which all together was $1190. I was so angry at the time and I didn't know what to do either. I had a negative balance of more than -$500 and didn't have anything left to trade to pay my debt off this time. I was worried and I just tried to forget all of this, but PayPal made that impossible. Because I didn't pay off the debt, they actually send a bill to my house which my parents saw before I came home, and so when I did came home they were so angry at me that they didn't allow me to trade with PayPal anymore. Because I was under-aged, we didn't have to pay this off luckily, but I still had my PayPal account sitting there with -$500 whereto my bank card was still attached, and I quit RuneScape again.

    (I made a thread here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1092565)

Here comes the most important part:

About 3 weeks ago I came back to RuneScape (again) and began rebuilding, but that didn't work out so well. I talked to one of my friends about this on RuneScape and he said this: You should do one big scam on Sythe mate, you could pay your debt off then.
To which I replied I wouldn't do that, I don't want to risk my account getting banned, I worked too hard for it.
He didn't type anything for a while, and then suddenly I got a message saying "here: (Insert Username and Password of "FreakyHair) I had him on my virus for a while, you can have it.
So I typed his name on google and found out that he actually was fairly trusted on Sythe with 50+ Vouches and he was even a donator. Now I began to think. I could use this account to scam someone and pay off my debt, and risk my Sythe account. Or I could just legitly earn back my money by staking on my friends maxed melee account. I wasn't the best staker at that time so I ended up choosing the wrong option, the first one. I went onto his account and didn't even bother to use a proxy or VPN or anything, which was stupid. I was on the account the whole evening trying to find new RuneScape GP sellers on sythe. I even made threads in the buying section, but I found nobody, untill a guy PMed the account saying he wants to sell 50M GP. At that point I was thinking, even if I scam this guy, I won't be able to pay off my debt, so I didn't reply to him and just went off the PC and went to sleep. The next day I came onto Sythe.org, I saw I was banned and I died a little inside of me. All the hard work to gain trust was gone. More than 3 years of being active on this Sythe, all gone.

The reason of the ban stated, as you could guess, hacking of "Freakyhair". Which is something I'm not going to deny because it's true. That's also the reason why I didn't post in the dispute forum, but just went straight to the High Pardon forum because I knew what I did was wrong. Even though I didn't end up scamming anyone, I still broke a rule. I'm absolutely sorry for this and I would like to apologise to Freakyhair aswell. I feel really stupid for doing it and it won't happen again. I have never had a scammer report or a single complaint against me. I always helped the customer if there was a problem or anything they needed help with. I even feel more stupid now because my PayPal got locked (I don't know when, I never went onto the account anymore).
    Here's a picture of that: http://i42.tinypic.com/v44c1s.png

(Not posting with IMG tags because It's fairly big)

So that means I have no debt at all anymore (Even though I won't be able to use PayPal with his bank card).

Seeing as the debt was the only reason I was trying to scam someone (Even though nobody was scammed, I still tried it, I admit that) and that is solved now, I woud love to regain my account on Sythe and to continue trading. I hope I will get one more chance to show my worth.

    Thanks for reading

P.S.: I'm more than willing to verify anything (Like emails from PayPal etc) that you want.

Meh. I'd support a vote since if this is all legit.

So you logged onto Freakyhair's account with the intention of scamming, and the reason you didn't is because the amount available to scam was insufficient to cover your debt? Unless I'm missing something, no support.

I'm with clash on this. From what I gather is the same. No support from me.

Hacking someone planning on scamming, but it wasn't enough. I highly doubt it was guilt that made you not do it.
