    Do you have the back cover manual scan of your games as proof of purchase? Well, you should have since you said you get them at retail store...

    The scans you posted are worthless if you provide them to EA, worth less than $17 for that matter.

    What ? u only need scan of cd-key not manual scan/photo of cd-key is proof of purchase not manual

    Please check with EA and then you post. EA asks for the back cover of the game. If you do not have that, you have no support for the game from EA. It is as simple as that.
