No longer searching for a pure, skiller only!

****To clarify as the title may be missleading, the F2P Pure does not need to be 10hp. Sorry for confusion****

Firstly I would like to make the payment very clear. The RSGP will come from what i sell the accounts for mainly. I will combine any combination of the three. Example, 1 account, 10m rsgp, $10 paypal whatever it may be. Preferably i would not like to pay purely through paypal unless it is at a nice price.

For the time being, please do not post accounts that nearly match. All posts will be reported as spam. You can message them to me if you feel they are so close i wont be able to help but say yes.
As the thread goes on and if i still have not found what i am looking for i may change the criteria of which i will make very clear.

The skiller I am searching for:

• 
  Does not have to be level 3!
  Must be 10hp max (mage pray summon anything is ok)
  Must have 1 99, that 99 must not be: WoodCutting, FireMaking, Fletching,Cooking.
  If the account has one of these skills at 99 that is fine, but it must have one other 99 other than these and i will not value it that highly.
  No wealth is required on the account
  Holiday items must be listed etc.

The pure I am searching for:

• 
  Must be between 1-40 attack
  Must be 1 defence
  Must be between 1-31 pray
  Must be 95+ strength (99 very preferable)
  Would like 85+ Mage yet not necessary
  Would like 40+ Range yet not necerssary
  Does not have to be quested what so ever
  Does not need other stats
  No wealth is required on the account
  Holiday items must be listed etc.
