OSRS Machines worker cleaned my accounts bank.

Proof that it's their Discord: clicked link directly from there sythe profile, names and discord ID/Unique ID's match any other proof you need i can provide. Server ID: 1300461970549641236
Explanation of the trade: paid $200/400 for my osrs account to be brought to max cape we agreed on $200 upfront and $200 later on. Mr.pvm ( mrkoko0634 ) was assigned to be my worker. he played the account from 1 month plus with no issues. i noticed there wasn't hardly any activity on the account so i logged in to check the status and noticed that the bank value had fallen from 9.1b to 8.88b and that there was an oath plate set missing (exact value of what was missing) i posted in the ticket asking where it had gone and the worker quickly logged in and replaced it. he was shortly after removed from the ticket for this behavior. i was then notified by staff and everyone to change my password and they would be assigning me a new worker. unfortunately, i was at work and worked all day and was not able to do so. they assured me no worries my account and items were %100 safe this was just policy. i logged on at my earliest convenance and my bank had been completely wiped. with 9.2b missing (valued at just under $2000)

Update!
Machine and his team worked quickly and diligently to return all but 400m of the funds that were highjacked from the account within a few hours. The whole machine team deserves a round of applause they never left me in the dark and always kept me updated with the situation at hand. nothing but positive things to say on a situation that could of been terrible. 8.85b was returned ( 6.680b in cash ) the rest in items. only reason its short 400m was because some items are priced over g.e value currently & crystal set needing to be made. he's working to return the last 400m and terminate this situation. i will again update this post once the final payment has been made.
