It didn't fully load but I did open it but closed it immediately.

I note the . between the tu and be. instead of youtube, its youtu.be. Should i be worried and should i get my computer scanned or reformatted?

Nope, you're fine. It seems that the link in question redirects you to a normal youtube link anyway. I wouldn't worry about it, although if you're paranoid; virus scan your comp.
