Where to sell?

I have a different sort of trade I'm looking to make. Basically, I have a massive horde item that will go up probably 75-200% after Jagex announces on their website something that was revealed at Runefest. However, I would like to sell it off now, so I have the free cash.

I want to trade it all for RSGP +20% or best offer or something like that, although I may accept cash from a trusted member. Another thing I'd consider is being paid some cash and then just selling the item the person the item at street value in game.

This amount would probably take roughly 3 months for someone to buy on the GE due to limits, so it's not like someone could just throw this together overnight.

This thread is not about guessing the item, so posts trying to do so will be ignored and reported as spam.

If you are asking where to sell, there's an item thread here I think. Or, you could try the official rs forums or maybe there is a more ingame sort of trades forum somewhere?
