    Major Playerauctions Problem

    So I recently received an order on Playerauctions like normal, a purchase of 400M. I met the buyer in game and delivered the gold, screenshots to prevent identity to follow. I then claimed full delivery by seller. Delivery screenshots: (obviously they are edited to prevent identity of my account and that of the buyer)

    The buyer wasn't paying attention and didn't claim full delivery. This happens on occasion, the order eventually just gets closed out and disbursed to me, so no big deal.

    6 Hours later, I receive an email to halt delivery and cancel any communication with the buyer immediately:

    At this point, I had delivered the gold already obviously so I knew that I would be covered and paid out anyways provided I provide the delivery screenshots. So I respond with the delivery screenshots along with the request to confirm receipt of my delivery screenshots.

    After this email, the order is terminated by the administrator.

    I then receive another email, as follows:

    To which I respond, attaching the screenshots for a SECOND time:

    In the morning I wake up to this message.

    So I respond, attaching the delivery screenshots for a THIRD time.

    I then hop on live chat to find out what on earth the problem is, and engage in this conversation.

    I am then informed that the order has been cancelled and the payment refunded to the buyer?

    All I can do now is wait on the escalation team. I'd like to mention that Playerauctions, while it does have good systems and technology in place, has absolutely terrible customer support and dealing with the internal bureaucracy can take weeks to fix a simple problem. Wish me luck and I'll be sure to update this thread as the saga continues.

    This has happened to me like 10 times, I always send them the screenshots and haven't had a problem yet, only 1 time which I replied like a week later. I still get pissed that order gets terminated after it's verified.

    Major Playerauctions Problem

    The PlayerAuctions customer support is among the worst I have dealt with anywhere, ever. I have never actually had anyone solve a problem for me on the Live Chat.

    As for this order, it seems that the buyer charged back his payment to PlayerAuctions in some way. They are quickly trying to brush the transaction under the table and cancel the order. However, there are so major ethical issues with their method of handling this order:

    1) Blaming the seller for the problem "has been terminated due to your negligence, poor service quality..."

    Obviously BULLSHIT. Delivery guarantee is 48 hours. This trade took place in its entirety over ~24h. How could your service be a reason for cancellation if you did not even receive the full 48h delivery guarantee to provide said service?

    2) Accepting responsibility for the problem - Nowhere is there a mention that this is a payment processing issue. However, with minimal comprehension of the PlayerAuctions system and how it works, it is obvious that the issue is one of payment processing. There is no other reasoning for the response given by PlayerAuctions. In a regular buyer cancellation, this order is marked as "Disputed".

    In the end, PlayerAuctions always attempts to pin the problem on the seller. This is because the seller is at the mercy of the system, and PA leverages them whenever there is a problem.

    This has happened to me with that doar mb/leber fire (when his identity was leber fire on sythe).

    Lost $180.00, they refused to disburse me even though I had the delivery screenshots, because the order was "already refunded to the buyer".

    Everyone should video their trades. It's easier than taking screenshots. I have a feeling it's also harder for them to ignore videos versus screenshots.

    I'd like to add that they still haven't disbursed me about 750$ that should have been disbursed on November the 2nd. Whenever I ask about it they ask me to wait 24h-48h and that say they escalated it to the relevant team.

    Complete idiots.

    I've been fighting a case now for about a and a half weeks. All they have to do is learn how to open a video. I only get emails back from them once every 3 days or so. Terrible..

    Have had PA terminate many of my orders after both me and the buyer confirmed full delivery. They have always disbursed.

    Recently there was a problem with PA's Moneybookers order system. They instantly cleared Moneybookers payments, which in some cases were actually fraudulent. Carders (aka frauders) realized this and abused the hell out of it. The system is now fixed and Moneybookers orders are screened appropriately to prevent payments from unauthorized sources.

    ^ This is what happened -- at one point PA owed several of the major sellers like myself 1K+ and most of us had to wait weeks before we got it when the MB problems happened. I think their new orders from the higher ups are telling them to just pin it on the sellers similar to how US insurance companies will blame sickness with pre-existing conditions. I have currently stopped selling through Pa because of that fiasco and will stick to WU until something better comes along.

    Just out of curiosity, am I the only one who still hasn't been disbursed fully from the early November MB situation? (still need 3x236$, received 4x236$ around 25 Nov already).
