Is this relatively safe?

I'm going to be auto clicking about 6-8 hours a day nonstop AFK at Soul Wars on a fairly populated world, what's the likelihood of me being reported or banned? And is it true Jagex can record your mouse strokes?

 

i used garyhood from lvl 55-99 alching on like 3 accounts over the years and never got banned for botting i would say its very unlikely that you'll get banned unless your in an obvious bot place

 

I received a macroing minor ban in 2006 while using a mouse recorder to auto-click high alch for me, with PM off, in a place where I couldn't be seen (fight caves before it was changed), and with no randoms. It took about 4 days of 6-8 hours/day before the ban occurred. Based on this experience, I believe they do have detection methods for certain auto clickers, and I've never tried using one since.

I hear other people have used autoclickers/recorders for much longer periods of time without any ban or rollback, so maybe it was just bad luck in my case. The bottom line is don't risk it if you're not prepared for the consequences . Good luck to you.

 

I couldn't confirm this for you so my post is kind of a waste of time. But I just wanted to warn you to maybe think twice about going overboard with the autoclicker right now.

I still feel that Jagex has their guard up concerning bots and are still actively seeking out people who are abusing their rules. So if you DO decide that you are going to do it anyways, try to find somewhere populated like the SW chest where it reduces your likelihood of being caught.

 

Alright, I'll probably do it 4-6 hours a day, and check on it ever half an hour or so, and offset it a tad bit.

 

Don't be surprised if you get banned, avoiding people reporting you would help.

 

Like zerker said I wouldn't go overboard with its use. Just do it for a couple hours a day I'd say.

 

I don't think they count it as marcoing well.... I don't know to be honest all I can say is if you over-use it people will assume your an actual bot and report you.

 

I used an autoclicker for about 20m exp on a couple of accounts spread out. I heard that if you do get caught, you'll just get a temp ban macroing minor.

 

I don't think Jagex really cares that much about high alchers. They pretty much know that everyone uses autoclickers, even the top players. If you do get caught, they aren't likely to give you a major rollback.

If you rotate the camera every half hour or so it will greatly decrease your ban risk.

 

I would say that there's a fairly high ban rate with autoclickers.. Don't suicide it.

 

Just bot 200k exp a day, wont take that long to get 99 and its relatively safe it you bot it in random periods like 1 hour straight then wait a few then do 2 hours etc, thats what i did just be wary!

 

I actually can confirm aswell that my real life friend got caught auto-alching a year or 2 ago, and he said all he recieved was a permanent ban. I can't reember whether it was a 7 day or 14 day ban, but it was enough for him to never do it again lol.

Jagex may be harsher on bans now that they have rolled out their bot-nuke and are aggressively fighting back against bots. Who knows though... it other cases they have seemed quite lenient.

 

If you're not in an obvious location, you should be fine, and don't end up auto-clicking 24/7, that's just a red flag.

 

Ignore all these kids. Auto clicking 5 hours a day is fine.

 

Very, very unwise to start autoclicking atm, its suicide, jagex might have given temp 7/14 days bans in the past but recently with the whole ' fight against bots' you will most likely get perm banned.

at runefest they said that autoclicking counts as botting, sorry bro
