What is the WORST thing you have ever lied youself out of [Gotten away with]

Title says all.

I STILL can't say what i lied my way out of due to legal reasons (im that paranoid) but i think this will be a fun thread.

One thing i have lied my way out of is multiple speeding tickets saying that my dad is a Cop and writes their paycheck (i know lame) But my juicy story i just can't tell lol

but seriously. my friend and i were walking home one night from a park at like 2am, and we honestly could not be fucked walking all the way home in the cold. we pretty much rung up the cops about a "suspicious noises" that we heard at a joinery so the cops would come down, check it out and give us a free ride home. so yah, lieing to get out of walking home in the cold from a park at 2am?

I got caught (sort of) sleeping in a park once. When the cop woke me up and asked what I was doing I told him I was supposed to meet a friend before he went to school and fell asleep waiting. The sun was up so I technically wasn't trespassing when the cop saw me, but it still startled me a bit.

 

The first time I tried interracial dating was with a Russian girl (I'm Asian), she showed me her father's gun collection and I said I was moving.

 

Cop pulled me over, had about 3 lbs of a certain substance. He said he smelled "skunk marijuana" I told him, I just ran over a skunk. Worst lie, just off the hip.. he believed it. Saved my ass a few in county.

 

Hahaha that is pretty funny.

I can't really think of any really good lies. Don't lie enough to have good ones!

I went to a girl's house for the night (without her parents' knowledge), and halfway through our "fun" her mom started unlocking the bedroom door from the outside. I scrambled under the bed just as she came in! She started talking to the girl about how she heard noises and the like. They kept talking casually for a few minutes and I thought I was in the clear, but then suddenly she literally stepped on my finger -- I hadn't realized it was poking out ever so slightly. Needless to say, she freaked out pretty hard. I tried to explain but then decided to try something else. I told her that my dad was a raging alcoholic and gambler and was beating me incessantly, and in order to avoid these assaults I would sleepover at friends' houses during his scheduled "casino nights". Strangely, she totally bought it and even offered to let me stay for a week. LOL. I still feel kind of bad though...

Well I got pulled over for speeding, had a packed bowl under my leg the whole time the cop was there. Got my ticket and left.

And a bunch of shit at school when I was younger.

When I can't be asked to walk home, I go to a pizza shop and order a delivery to my house and hitch a ride

 

me and a friend walked home from a party pretty late one night. we were roughly 10 miles or so from home, so instead of walking in the cold for another few hours - drunk as fuck - we snuck into this giant slaughterhouse compound. it was like acres and acres. we slept in some hay bales, and were rudely woken by some fucking hick faggot. he was pretty pissed. so we lied and said we were homeless, how we got by on help from friends when we can and when we can't we just wander and try to find places to keep warm at night.

he either believed us or decided to give an A for effort and let us off the hook. glad he did, though. he mentioned the cops at least once.

I did sexual things to my sister in my clubhouse when I was like 14. When she snitched I told my parents she must have had a dream. I don't think they believed me but nothing happened.

 

My dads truck had been hit by a train (He was drunk at the time), and he had called the house to get someone to pick him up (he had fled the scene, smartly.) My step mom left to go pick him up, and i was the only one home. The Missouri police arrived at our house after figuring out who the truck belonged to, i answered the door and they asked if i knew anything about it. Casually (or at least in my mind..) i said i had no clue.

My dad got away with what would have been a DUI, with just reckless driving.


There's quite abit more to the story after me answering their questions, but thats the basics, anything i was involved in anyway.

I lied to my best friend. We were like "totally honest about everything friends" and dated for a while, I cheated on her like twice on our anniversary and never told her a thing. Feel pretty bad whenever anything related comes up.

Almost got caught in the middle of "taking care of business" by my girlfriends dad, I was completely naked under a blanket and she only had on a snuggie.
