    Botting.
    I've quit runescape for about 6-7 months now, but I've heard that jagex did some new botting thing. Was it all talk like usual, or is it really easy to get banned now?

    Botting.
    Completely wrong.

    All reflection/injection bots were taken down (Powerbot, RSBuddy, Nexus, Epicbot are the notable ones), but the color ones are still up (SIMBA/RiD). Of course the first four were the best ones, so botting is sort of BLEH right now and I don't even bother these days. Jagex's bot DETECTION system is still as bad, I haven't heard of any bans from the color detection bots. PowerBot claims that it will be back up on December 6th.

    And the color bots are the only ones remaining. I'm using RiD for the last of the botting I needed, does the job alright!
