Guide looks legit, just read through it, this guy is REALLY thorough. Goes way into detail on mostly everything in the guide, pretty hard to screw it up to be honest. Covers pretty much any questions that will come up still in the guide aswell, (PS: It's a small font size, so the 4 page thing is more or less essay style. It's alot of info for 4 pages..there's like ONE big picture *which is good for this, pictures aren't really needed* most of the pictures are pretty small, so its not just pushing up the page count.)
