Yes you just need one to verify that you're 18+ for creating your account. Just use a parent's credit card while signing up. It should give you a month free and then it will activate the 12month membership.

These were probably bought with a stolen cc and will get your gamefly account locked/banned when the person calls their cc company

 

Knowing that they are redeemable codes, after redeemed it's gone. These codes will not die and i will teamview if one is not working. There is no way of seeing which account redeemed the code. If you think that's possible only microsoft can do that with xbl codes/microsoft point codes. Off my thread unless you know what you're talking about. The only thing they could do is kill the code smartass. If the code is dead i will simply replace it with another free of charge.
