It has addy gloves, or any of RFD.
Has dt done, or Priest in peril
Has MM done, or attack quests needed for MM.
And its combat level.

It has done 2/8 RFD, hasn't completed dt or MM. You'd be able to get addy gloves without gaining any attack/ strength levels.
