Any Old Members Still About?

I was searching for traces of my old accounts on the internet (always good opsec to keep an eye out for anything identifying ) and came across all my old Sythe posts and history.

Just wondering if anyone is still active from the 2005-2010 days?

A few of us have been chatting in the discord and reminiscing about old times so if you were active back then feel free to come join us. It's been about 20 years since we signed up (my join date was Jan 07 so still a few months to go for me) which is a truly insane amount of time. Members have grown up and are real adults with families now so it's pretty interesting chatting to one another and seeing where everyone's ended up (Finn started a pasta company and was on Dragons' Den?! What?!).

 

Heh, I was able to recover the very first account I created. I remember I lost the password to this account so just made another one called TheLobster which eventually got renamed "Atomic" then I got banned about 16 years ago.

Yoshiki, Zulu, can you issue this account a DNT? Then I'll delete TheOldAtomic and just use this account instead. Sorry for the hassle! And thanks for not just banning me for evasion like how it used to be ~20 years ago.

Absolutely wild to think that the 2005–2010 era was nearly 20 years ago. I remember how different forums felt back then—people actually spent hours building reputations, trading, posting, and getting to know the regulars. Seeing where some of those old members ended up is honestly more interesting than the old posts themselves. Crazy how much can change in two decades. Hope some more of the old crew turn up!
