Negative Paypal Balance.

I added that part to see what the worse that could happen, i did not send it to a bank account, i sent it to my friends account which he deposited into HIS bank account, closed his PP account and gave me the cash IRL (he kept some for himself cause of the troubles).

The only real evidence they have of me is that under the "address" bar theres like 5 addresses, all have FAKE addresses but one of them has my real first and last name, but how are they to know thats the real one?

 

i'm sure they keep it on file, if they REALLY wanted that money, they would just look through their files, find your old CC follow your last transaction, and then chargeback your friends account and take it from his bank

^ that is assuming they have the legal options to do that, which if they do, you will be fucking your friend over. or they will just find you from the old CC you had linked.

yes, the paypal had a fake name but your CC does NOT. they have that card # on file.

 

Jesus fucken christ your so stupid its fucken unbelievable, I DID NOT ADD A CC TO IT, I STATED THAT TO SEE WHAT THE WORSE COULD HAPPEN,

TL;DR
1. I GAVE MONEY TO A FRIEND
2. FRIEND DEPOSITED INTO HIS BANK ACCOUNT
3. HE CLOSED HIS PAYPAL
4. HE GAVE ME MONEY IRL MINUS SOME FOR HIMSELF.

NONE OF MY CC details have been touched onto this account the only THING that is legit is that under the "address's" theirs 5 addresses and one of them has my REAL NAME but a fake address and number under it and the other 4 are all fake.

 

please show me in the OP where you was using this as a worst case scenario.

 

Theres 5 names under the address bar, the name that is the primary name is not my real one, the real one is the "gift address" so i dont think they will spend time looking to find the lastname till they find a match and ontop of that im not listed on whitepages..

 

I think by now you should have enough feedback to make a decision for yourself.

You either pay the debt and you have nothing to worry about. Like many other people have stated, $385 bucks isn't that much money, and I'm sure if you talk to PayPal they could set you up on some kind of payment plan if you can't pay it all at once.

Or you just ignore the debt and go on with your life and forget about it. Either it will never come up again and you will get away with it, or PayPal will pass your debt on to a collections agency, who will relentlessly hunt you down and may eventually find you. Even in this worst case scenario, you won't go to jail or anything but you will likely ruin your credit score and affect your relationship with PayPal and many other similar organizations.

 

I was chargebacked 210 USD a long time ago. Just left the paypal and never used it again. I was sendt like 4-5 mails, but it stoped eventually. Nothing happened to me.

 

Did the paypal have your real info or any real info even little a amount?

Wrong section, and you're tiptoeing on fraud more than once here. I'm closing it before you step on a landmine and get yourself banned.

Bottom line: do what is legal. Your irresponsible trading made Paypal in a problem, and you're obligated to pay them back. Your credit score can be harmed if it notices this negative charge.
