I have no reconciliation of having an account named "mentalx".

Honest to God. But nobody's word on the Internet is always true.

My account had to of been in somebody else's hands.

I don't know how to prove it, but all I have is my word.

Reasoning my timing of trying to come back/trying to find out what happened is because I had to move around here and there and wasn't able to settle down. Besides, family matters came before an online forum.

If I was able to refund Andorniko, would I be allowed to come back?

I mean, look at my Vouches/Posts(As in what I posted. NOT post count.)/Feedbacks/Way I treated/talked to other Sythe members.

I wouldn't jeopardize everything I worked for just for a measly 20M.

Firstly, you're using the word "reconciliation" in an incorrect context - rather I'm assuming you mean "recollection".
With that being said, it's not a good start to a dispute if you begin with saying you "can't remember having an account named [...]".
It would have been a lot stronger had you said "I have never had an account named [...]".

Going over the Scam Report proof leading to your ban, it does appear to hold legitimacy.

May I ask when you left for your "travels" exactly? Because up until your ban you maintained a steady level of activity.
There was no time in which you ceased posting for an extended period, and from what I can gather (it is hard conducting this kind of investigation as a sectional) there are no irregularities with your IP addresses (all are under the same Service Provider and resolve to the same location) - which puts to rest any dispute of your account being "hijacked" or compromised.

Another staff member can also review this, but in my personal opinion you are guilty and I would deny your dispute.

 

I feel the same as Alt. He contacted me on MSN about this yesterday and I just told him that I'm not changing my mind w/ the ban.

Anyways, the reason I didn't say/put "I have never had an account named [...]" is because there's no reason for me to lie about having an account named that.
So I thought I would just do that and state it outright.

I haven't had/created an account named "mentalx" before. That Username/Display name is ugly so there's no point in me having an account named that.

I have a problem with Usernames. They have to have the first letter in the name capitalized. Example: Old Sly Eye. I wouldn't make an account named "mentalx". Looking back, I have never BOUGHT an account. Except from MattHasty or whatever his name was. But it was shortly re-sold after that. And the date where I "scammed" and the date when I bought the account/sold the account are far from each other.

Secondly, the reasoning behind me having the same I.P throughout my travels is because of my iPod Touch.

You can look back and what not at my trades. And even look at Andorniko. There would be no reason for me to scam 20M from him. He was an active member and had many trades and knowledge of trading during the time when he was scammed. There would be no point in scamming 20M a person with knowledge of trading and knowing how to report nor would I ever scam. I would NEVER risk my vouches/posts/feedback for just 20M or for anything in that matter. I have traded/bought/sold more even before that. So there is no reason behind that.

I have nothing to lie about.

If keeping me banned/not lifting my ban is your final decision(s), then I respect that.

Like the others have said the report holds it grounds and does show you (or whoever scammed). My bet is to refund the user.
