If I was you I would get 99 ranged, 99 magic, 99 attack, 70 prayer and at least 80 dungeoneering (chaotic and rigour).

The main thing I would get is 43 prayer to get the three protective prayers.

 

The 43 prayer (at least) would be really beneficial. Just that im really old fashioned with prayer the very same account was 60 99 70 with 13 prayer and dt done.. ah, miss those times :<
