?None Riskers? !!Brid Staking World!!

I pk alot no one risks anything anymore people that do are very hard to find and simply u never see them in pvp often if they are out there.......

I have been thinking of getting this started soon after staking was brought back into the same.......

A world where people willing to stake things do an "honor stake" :seeming it would be impossible to get jagex to have an option in duels for no overhead prayers: with custom rules summoning/food/pots blah blah......

Would be a good idea and an awesome thing to get started much help needed though?
