Yes, but he is in a dillema here, he can't refund everyone because he doesn't know "everyone" he needs to refund, tbh a global should contact him so that they understand that. Just refund people Kene, save screenshots of refunding etc, then you will be unbanned.

 

My point is that refunding should be done regardless of if he is going to get unbanned.

Yes, it should be refund > then unban, but as i said, i can't refund everyone cause some are banned, some of them are not reachable online anymore, so what im trying to say is, ill refund the people that has contacted me so far and i hope to get an instant unban after that, no im not trying to get away with this, im willing to refund everyone else that i can contact on the future or anyone else that contacts me or makes a charge back report, if globals cant agree to this, then im sorry to everyone that was affected by this paypal thing, but you will have to wait 6 months, then ill be able to use paypal again and the money that is on hold will be released, so ill just go thru the list of emails and refund via paypal, so its either wait 6 months or accept my refund via CC WU, or rsgp

No, paypal is holding the money so i cant refund, the only way i can refund is by getting in debt with my credit card, and im sorry but thats not going to happen unless i get my account back cause thats the way ill be able to make money and not go in a debt

So the best way to fix this is by just waiting the 6 months like Delta Squad said, but thats putting the people i own money on a long time wait, i believe im trusted enough to just get unbanned which will let me make some money and im %100 willing to refund everyone in the future that makes a claim or contacts me, if i dont you can simply ban me back.
I am also donating the $200 back to sythe as soon as i get unbanned.

You can pay out of your own pocket, and in 6 months, when you can use your paypal again, you'll have gotten all the money you paid back?

 

Credit card apr will eat me alive, i can't wait that long to make the full payment, and i don't have enough money to refund everyone atm, cause i have to refund everyone plus add $200 that ill have to donate to sythe,
and please read careful my posts, i said i can't contact everyone i have already tried and nobody has answered me any emails so i cannot refund them if they dont answer.

Tell him to talk to us when everyone is refunded. Until then, we won't even consider an unban.

Refusing to reimburse people if you don't get unbanned won't exactly help your case, thats just like saying you're going to scam them if you don't get unbanned.

We won't give in to your threats.

Lets not forget he also needs to be pardoned again, since his pardon was denied.
