Need help with Simba.

you made sure those files are in the correct directory?

 

I had this problem before. U need to update simba correctly. It's tricky to install it, be sure to follow the update order exactly. uninstall simba and delete the file in your c drive before you start again

I am fairly certain there is a YT video that guides you through the setup. Just find it, then delete the setup you have currently, and start with a clean setup and follow the video.
