    Hello sythe, i'd like to introduce you to my technical support thread. I will be providing support for a collage of problems and scenarios that can happen while operating a computer.

    You may be asking:
    Is it expensive? Truthfully, pc techs charge upwards of $60-$75 an hour for work no matter the issue, some charge $50 per session flat. I beat their price :) (down below is pricing)

    You are a verizon executive, and you are rich! Why are you doing this?:
    Truthfully, i'm not rich. Verizon employee like myself makes around $34 an hour with experience. I also work from home, which gives me alot of time to multi-task. (no sorry we are not hiring at verizon atm)


    How it works:
    When requesting technical support, you will fill out the following form:
    Since i am an employee of verizon You will navigate to www.verizon.net/showme Which will allow me to provide you with a secret code. After i give you that code it will simply allow me to connect to your computer and start providing support. With that being said, all clients must have INTERNET connection. I cannot restore your computer that does not have internet, but i can walk you through it amazingly.

    I can assist you in anything from simply setting up a wireless network, printer, or phone, to factory restoring your system or re-installing your OS.


    Charges are on a CASE BY CASE basis.
    General outline of pricing:

    $25 an hour purchased by the hour, OR
    OR
    $9 per quarter hour (15 mins)
    OR
    ($3 for less than 10 minutes)


    We will discuess pricing before i arrive at your computer using desktop sharing. All support fees will be paid 50% upfront no exceptions. If i cannot fix it i will refund you 100%.

    If we agree to a deal and it takes longer than expected i will not charge you for the alotted extra time that it will take me.

    I am looking for experienced PC users to hire along with my business here. I will create you a verizon login and you can support our base of customers for A.) An hourly rate or, B.) a comissioned rate

    So basically, i can pay you $40 per 6 hours that you are working..
    Or you can fetch your own customers (with my help) and make upwards of $20 an hour.

    i would be interested in helping for a commission. I have dealt with all the areas listed (not too good with Mac OS X) and work as a full time technician managing 2 networks over 4 servers and assisting ~100 network users.

    I am also curious as to find out what your requirements are to working alongside you, on the other hand the only thing you listed that I do not know the ins and outs of is "Mac and OS X Support" as I have never had a mac, I have used them, but never owned one.
