Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Footwear

The tops of my toes are completely destroyed.

Anyone have suggestions for footwear?

While browsing for something to wear i found some MMA fight socks that have grips on the bottom. Not sure if any of you guys have something similar but i'd like to hear your suggestions.
