Account recovery problems now!!!!

So I messages jagex and told them to lock my account and they did. Now, I have been submitting the CORRECT information in the recovery forms. Now, all 3 requests I have made separately have been denied! I have put all the information that I have. What can I do? I know the password now, my account recovery just won't work. Please help!!

 

Do you have the original IP. If not use a IP proxy from the country of creation.

 

Jagex probably won't do shit even if I give an IP

 

If you give them the IP the account was created from, that would prove it was you and they would probably give you the account.

 

IP always works, tbh im pretty sure if your missing half the info and put the ip it will work

 

My first account was created in 03. So if you've got one from around that era, the tracking number and account number usually work as they were still using Global Transactions.

having that usually helps them realize.

You do not need to create a new thread every single time you have an issue with your account. There is atleast 4 or 5 of them floating around right now >_<

Not trying to bust your balls, but you are going to get infracted and/or banned from posting, which will only add to your frustration and anger.
