There are no financial victims or outstanding debts associated with my ban. My ban was due to a staff/linking violation rather than a scam. However, I am fully committed to resolving any issues should the staff find any outstanding claims I am unaware of.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I would like to offer my sincere apologies to the Sythe staff for violating the regulations. I take full responsibility for the security of my business and the people I allowed to represent it.
At the time of the incident, I was a student at a police academy. Due to the heavy workload and limited free time, I made the poor decision to delegate management tasks to a staff member known as Diamond-Wakanda. I was unaware at the time that this individual was already banned on Sythe and was operating the Guakanda Gold and Diamond RSPS accounts.
Regardless of my lack of knowledge regarding his history, I recognize that by granting him access, I facilitated ban evasion and put the community at risk. As soon as I realized the situation and regained full access, I immediately terminated his involvement, changed all credentials, and made a public announcement to my community (link provided below) to prevent any potential fraud.
I have learned that personal accountability is paramount. If granted a second chance, I will personally manage every aspect of my Sythe presence and will never again share access with third parties. I have maintained a clean record outside of this incident and wish to return as a rule-abiding member of the community.

Hi, I understand the repayment requirement, but I would like to clarify something before proceeding.

First, I apologize for the delayed response. I am currently at work and I will not be back home until tomorrow morning. Since I did not want to delay my response any further, I am making this post from my phone while I am at work.

Why would I be responsible for repaying a scam that was committed by another person before he ever worked with me and before I gave him access to my Sythe account?

I have already explained and provided information showing that I am not the same person as Diamond-Wakanda or Guakanda Gold. The only mistake I made was giving this person access to my account without knowing that he had a history of scamming or that he had previously been banned from Sythe.

The scam mentioned in the report happened before he worked with me. At the time that scam occurred, he had nothing to do with my business and was not working for me in any way. It was his own transaction and was not conducted through my Sythe account.

I completely accept that I made a serious mistake by giving him access to my account, and I am willing to accept the consequences for that mistake. However, I don't believe it would be fair to hold me financially responsible for a scam that I did not commit, that did not involve my account, and that occurred before this person ever worked with me.

If the $72 is considered a penalty specifically because of my mistake in giving him access to my account, I am willing to discuss that with the staff. However, I would respectfully ask that the staff reconsider requiring me to repay a scam that I was not involved in.

I am willing to provide any additional evidence necessary to verify the timeline and prove that I was not involved in that transaction.
