Looking to Have a Low HP Rusher Built – 90+ STR / 50 ATT / DT

Looking for someone reputable to build me a low HP rusher from scratch, with the account optimized to keep HP as low as reasonably possible.

What I’m looking for:

• 50 Attack, properly quested where possible
• 90+ Strength
• Desert Treasure completed
• All necessary/proper quests completed for the build
• Ranged trained without gaining HP as much as possible
• Magic trained without gaining HP as much as possible
• Strength training methods that minimize/avoid unnecessary HP XP
• Overall HP kept as low as possible
• Build needs to be optimized specifically for rushing/PvP

I’m looking for someone who understands low-HP builds and knows exactly which quests/training methods to use so the account isn’t accidentally ruined. Once the account reaches 92 strength or so I’d like the ranged and mage maxed without gaining another Cb. Idc if you bot or how you do things, but you’ll absolutely 100% be responsible for any bans along the way.
