    Yes, he says 'sniping in general' isn't against the rules, but this is the whole reason why there needs to be a clearer definition for what sniping actually is (In terms of Display Names).

    After reading this whole thread, I really beileve that O_R_L_Y should be unbanned. If his argument would have been more consiese, he probably would have won.

    He should have made a bigger deal about Sniping vs. Avaliable Username. The root of his innocence is that they need to provide evidence that the name was indeed sniped. Otherwise O_R_L_Y just created a new runescape account- and the name "6" happened to be avaliable.

    Innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.

    It's pretty well known that he stole 6 while the owner tried to transfer... even ORLY himself has admitted to it and openly talks about it lol

    And this is getting off-topic. This thread wasn't created to discuss ORLY's ban.

    To be honest your right, although i dont like the fact people stack names at all but yeah "sniping" is scammer to a certain extent i guess...
