Reporting DuelGP for scamming me $6,033 USD

I am submitting this report regarding a dispute with DuelGP that resulted in me losing access to approximately $6,033 USD.

I was accused by DuelGP of creating or using alternate accounts ("alt accounts") on their website and/or Discord server. I strongly dispute this accusation. When questioned, I cooperated fully, answered everything honestly, and explained my side of the situation without any issue.

Because the accusation was serious and ultimately affected my funds, I asked the owner of DuelGP to provide evidence proving that I had created or controlled these alleged alternate accounts. Despite asking for proof, the owner was unable or unwilling to provide me with evidence demonstrating that the accounts were actually mine.

During my time on DuelGP, I also won a $20 giveaway and completed all of the requirements associated with it. I believe I participated legitimately and followed the stated requirements.

The most serious issue is what happened to my balance. I had approximately $6,033 on the platform and attempted to withdraw my funds. I was never successfully able to withdraw the money. I did not voluntarily remove, surrender, or forfeit my balance. Instead, DuelGP removed or withheld my funds following the dispute, leaving me unable to access the approximately $6,033.

I am requesting that this matter be reviewed fairly and based on actual evidence. Specifically, I would like DuelGP to provide the evidence supporting the accusation, identify the alleged alternate accounts, explain what rule I supposedly violated, and explain the basis for removing or withholding my funds.

I have cooperated throughout this entire situation and am willing to provide screenshots, messages, transaction records, withdrawal information, and any other evidence I have available.

I am simply asking for a fair review of what happened and, if the accusation cannot be substantiated, the return of the approximately $6,033 that was withheld from me.

I affirm that this report accurately represents my understanding and recollection of the events, and I am willing to provide supporting documentation for the statements above.

 

For clarity, I’m using the Urban VPN Chrome extension for my privacy and safety. I wasn’t planning to register an account for this report, so I’m using a VPN rather than connecting directly from my personal IP address. I can pay back whatever is necessary out of the funds I am owed amounting in $6,033... And this report is regarding @DuelGP . I noticed you tagged @OPDuel ... Are they the same people or did you tag him by accident?

 

Can do that once I know more about this and what will be happening. I am protecting myself and being sincere as possible while just losing $6,033 to this situation. Are you saying that @OPDuel and @DuelGP are both the same Casinos? Or were you mentioning your mistake there? DuelGP is decently big and I haven't done a thing wrong. Something back in my wallet would be great. Are they active on Sythe? If not, do you connection with them to make this right? I am completely gutted and so upset about this @Zulu
