Requesting help with signature.

Hello, I am not too familiar with "BB" code I think it is? I would like to just have it say the following in my signature and for people to be able to click on that and bring them to a link for instance, "Vouches" and for them to click on that and redirect them to the thread but I am unfamiliar on how to do this, I have a few things I would like to use this for, also for images wrather then just saying vouches, have an image and for people to be redirected to a specific thread, I will give you the URL+Image URL or what I would like to say and could someone familiar with this post on here with the format it should be in.
