TWC request - Wienner (ASAP)

He acts cocky as a strategy of scamming(plainest way, u go 1st one), nothing personal. Read through the thread. Not worthy of a ban, but surely a twc untill he proves his honest(he will probably be banned for scamming by then). He never accepts going 1st from any1 when i contacted him he changed usd handled to 100k, and only wants video cause he aint on atm. He wouldnt do even 10m increments, acts cocky to every1 who im's him(he can do that ofcourse, but makes him shadier)

he probably wants ppl to add an imposter of video, thats y he wanted him to post on his thread.
