    Just close live help, reload a Sythe page and click on it again.

    If the above doesn't work, try a different browser. Although I would've thought closing and reloading Sythe would do the trick.

    There's another error messages that tells you to reload so that should work and it has for me.

    I closed my whole browser / refresh it / restarted my computer and all that kind.

    Still doesn't work on my side.

    Tokens are sensitive to a variety of things. I won't divulge specifics for obvious reasons.

    Do me a favor and try getting into the LiveHelp system now. Again, make sure you click the LiveHelp link within a minute of loading the page as tokens are time sensitive. Then, assuming you get an error, copy the ENTIRE error and post it here. Make sure you include the error code at the end of the message in brackets. Once I have the code, I can help you further.

    Hmmmm 0x3 shouldn't really ever happen, to be honest... There are a few things which could cause a 0x3, but most of them involve things like giving the token to someone else or trying to use someone else's token...

    Is this hit or miss or consistent? As in, do you get the error every time you click the help button or only sometimes?
