Paypal :)

Alright, so recently I have been selling a lot of RS gold. Have received and spent over 2,000 dollars. Paypal recently contacted me to verify all is well and even asked about the G+S I was selling. I explained that I do online consultancy etc etc they didn't ask further questions.

Do they normally do this?

 

normally they lock your account without calling. consider yourself lucky

It will just lock without calling you up. But you are darn lucky, they took the time off to call you and ask about this.

 

I see, I see. So once you're locked then what happens?

 

you wait 180 days. they make the decision to give you the money or not.

 

They've locked my account before and then they asked for proof of business (brochures, receipts, shipping receipts). Needless to say, I couldn't provide the information they wanted and I have to wait 180 days to collect my money.

Once your locked you basically have to persuade PayPal to unlock you which is rare. If your selling gold and shit then you get locked your fucked pretty much unless you can come up with some proof of business.

 

Paypal locked my account when I added $14 -.-. I really guess it depends on the employee working at the time
