his line about completing quests when done is total bullshit, told me he'd complete a quest for me 'when he got out of college' that day, 2 days later hadn't begon after i had agree'd to pay in 4m a time as he did 1/3 of the quest line at a time, did the easiest bit charged me 4m and decided not to do the rest.

I Did the quests that I was Paid for. You then wanted more, I did not want to accept your order. Told you to go to somebody else.

I did not touch your bank at all. You changed your password before I had time to do your quest therefore you effectively cancelled your order. And the TOS states that if YOU cancel the order its not refundable.

That was the 2 days ago.

I waited the next day entirely and never once did you log on the. Password stayed the same. I checked the account earlyier today and the bank was cleaned. So I *THEN* changed the password and paid someone else to finish the job you failed to do in the time you estimated and then even got an extra day to do it..and still failed.

Now if you want to civily talk about this rather than just flip out because I changed my password (After my bank was cleaned? No shit.). Now, apparently the person I worked with before you got banned, so it may not be you that cleaned it, but i'm damn sure allowed to suspect you after you failed to even keep up your part of the bargain. Regardless, get online if you want to discuss this or pm me. Don't act like such a child over something that may be miscommunication (Yet, just to reinforce this..You offered the fund, I waited an entirely extra day for you, and password was changed afterwards due to the characters bank being cleaned. WHERE YOU WOULD BE A SUSPECT.).

Hold off on that WTF, The person that worked with the account before him was banned, so the bank being cleaned may possibly have been him, (PMd the mod on that thread and told him whats going on). The rest is still valid though, He took my order, ^, estimated 48hours, asked for another day due to a high school reunion...never logged on at all, and when I finnaly checked the account (Estimated about 80hours after he took the order), the bank was cleaned so I had to change my password and hire someone to finish dt >.>. So he owes me a refund for DT. I didn't violate his ToS since he took longer that estimated (even after giving him an extra day), and I only cancelled the order after he didn't even log on the entire day after asking for that same extra day.

So yeah, I'd be careful using him, but as I told him ^ above, talk to me and we can sort this out. >.> Or he can scream about his ToS and that I cancelled and I'll have to open a new scam report. (I asked the mod to delete that one so I can actually talk this with VanPersie and get this resolved without having to have scam reports floating around).


Sorry for the Tl;Dr, I'm hoping he'll actually come to his senses and just give me my damn refund that he offered. >.>
