Why you think they are ban evading: Exactly the same desktop with the same icons and programs pinned in the same order. Deals the same way by buying and selling Dota 2 keys. Uses the same tactic of increasing post count by posting "added" or "add me on msn". He joined straight after his previous ID got banned. Here are the two links of his previous and current trade.
