You're bluffing Karl- stop undercutting me

Karl is deliberately trying to undercut me and my knowledge of the workings behind IP identification because he THINKS that i 'know' that i am caballero and will eventually go 'welp, they caught me'. Im not fucking Caballero and its an impossibility that we share the exact same geolocation.

Firstly, i was a resident of Mount Royal University throughout all of 2010 and up until August 2011. I moved into my apartment building September 2011, downtown Calgary, and never before have i lived in this area. I can PROVE with photo/even video evidence that i just signed the lease to this apartment in September. Second, regarding my router? I just set up internet in October with shaw, new router, and wireless adapter- both of which activated last month. The last time i had internet was when i lived with my parents in 2009. Again, i can provide Photo/video proof that my router, adapter, and even computer are relatively new and are in no way connected to any user banned in 2010, thus being an impossibility that i simply 'changed' my ip via router. Complete bullshit.

Stop bluffing. Could another moderator PLEASE review the supposed evidence and the claims that Karl has been making. I know for a fact that i am being set up because of my notoriety that happened over night in the spam forum. Ill argue for the sake of my dignity till this is truthfully resolved by an unbiased staff member with ALL of the evidence for and against my innocence.

I mean it when i say ill supply ANY proof about my whereabouts, residence, activation of modem/router, whatever. Stop undercutting me.

 

I don't know anything about this ban beyond what I've read in the dispute forum, but imo it's ridiculous to assume that he is Caballero because their IPs share the first two octets. There are 41 members who have registered from an IP starting with those 5 digits.

The fact that their IPs trace to the same geological location is a consequence of having the same isp / similar IPs, not further evidence against him. If you run a trace on the IP of Govind that starts with the same octet you'll see that it also traces to the "same exact geolocation".

I'm not saying that Cronos isn't who you think he is, but you can't possibly know that based on the IP information.

 

That and the same writing style and how they conduct each other on the site is enough proof (Which is in the original ban dispute he posted), we've banned people for the same and its proven to be right, Its funny how this guy knew exactly what a 'vader' was from day one, Its because he is.
