Well, what is your price budget? And what are you intending to use the PC for?

Yeah, exactly. It really all depends on what type of amounts you're willing to spend.

Tell us your budget and what are you needing it for. Like high-end PC gaming or decent ones.

8gb of ram, 2500k, 1TB HD, that's the basic shit. I can elaborate more with a budget

A GTX 560 or 6950 would be a great single card GPU setup for a fairly cheap price. (around 250$, less on the reference models)

You all must lack the ability to read. It's said in his title what kind of build he's wanting.

I just need a budget, and I'll get you a build together in no-time.

Obviously he needs to be more specific. 'Gaming computer' is such a loose term, it could be gaming as in runescape, or it could be gaming as in metro 2033. We need specifics :D

Sorry, when you hang around actual computer-based forums, you just automatically assume it's for high-end/casual gaming. It's just habit for me,

1TB is a lot of memory lol you're better off going with 500GB until you actually think you need more.

I wouldn't buy HDD at the moment as HDD prices are expensive

With the sizes of pc games getting higher and higher, (BF3 totals 12GB, Crysis 2 at 8GB (11 with the dx11 texture pack), not to mention the disk images downloaded to get the games) you would save money in the long run by just getting a 1TB drive and even more by getting a 2TB. 500GB will fill up like nothing.

I do the same thing, but the budget is still important. Even on other forums, people don't just say "build me a computer and whatever you say I'm going to buy it no matter the cost."
And even though this isn't actually a computer based forum, we do pretty well for ourselves around here. There are some very knowledgeable people with skills that compare to or exceed those of the members of actual computer forums. Step off your high horse and contribute; trying to act better than people won't get you anywhere.

1tb is standard nowadays, you'll be surprised how quickly you can fill one up.
