Runescape Charging me for f2p?

I haven't played runescape in a while, and when I came back and tried logging in, it was charging me $20?
Maybe it's a new rule or something, but I'm completely confused as to why.

If anyone could help, it'd be greatly appreciated

 

Your post made no sense what-so-ever. Re word it please.

Jagex can't just randomly charge you $20, so you might want to expand on your situation to clarify what you mean.

 

What I do believe that is, is that your account got rolled under. This could be due to botting, or other any other cheating scheme you've pulled on your account. Basically, you'll need to buy (I believe) a 3-month membership card to get your account re-activated again.

 

I'm assuming it's something negative membership related

 

Perhaps you owe Jagex $20 members? Explain what you mean further. They aren't charging for F2P, not yet anyway.

 

It could be because you were signed up via a CC and the card was cancelled meaning you owe them money; happened to me a while back.

I doubt it has anything to do with bottling, it just says I have negative membership and I owe 160 j coins or something, and I have to buy 200 for $20.

So would I have to pay $20 to play again? And if I did, would I have membership available after I pay for this?

 

Yeah, that happened to me at one point; my CC got stolen so I cancelled it and they charged me because I hadnt payed for those months.

I had to pay summat like that for my friends account, it made up after it had good stuff on it!

 

Buy a 90 day gamecard and apply it to your account to get yourself out of the mess. You will then be able to access your account again and buy membership if you want.

The major setback with these kinds of situations is that Jagex almost always limits your payment options after this happens. You will likely only be able to pay for membership with prepaid gamecards, or by sending them cash, and will not be allowed to pay by CC.

 

That's really odd, it shouldn't be doing that.

Negative credit most likely, contact customer support to re-instate your account to be playable and theyll tell you what and how to pay for your negative credit.

 

you probs got banned so therefore you have to buy credits to regain your account(reinstallment)

 

I'm not getting banned, but I have no idea why I'm getting charged extra. I don't remember canceling any CC, anyways thanks guys, I'll just call in and ask about it.
