Got scammed what do I do?

The other day guy4game sold me gold (a good amount), they had a 30% extra... However, I was only delivered 50% of the amount I was to buy. They told me to come back to recieve the rest (as their suppliers werent in stock) in 24 hours. They are saying I have recieved the full amount, and when I ask for screenshots (the suppliers take these), they show me a completely different set of screenshots from then my guys name. I have gone back and explained everything, saying that wasn't my screen name but they keep saying that I have recieved the full amount and the decision is closed.

I paid via Direct Debit (on the site, I used my debit card, not through paypal or a portal).

I am using BBT and I have told them the situation and they said they will file a dispute for the transaction.

Will I get my money back?

 

Call your bank and tell them that the goods were not delivered. They should reverse the payment unless guy4game has proof that you did receive all that you ordered.

 

What would constitute "proof"?

I did tell them via their chat that I recieved the portion. I did not get the rest; but they are claiming up and down that I did. They show me pictures of a guy recieving the the same amount I was suppose to in 4 seperate trades. The character recieiving the amount in their screenshots is not the one I own, nor the one that i put on the character input on the site when I ordered. I have told them this, and they said they "checked their records carefully and have come to the conclusion that I have recieved the full amount."
