Scammer i never actually completed our transaction because he started acting shady, but i've since talked to the ACTUAL owner of the UC pet he was offering me....

Shadiness:
Offers me a 4L UC pet (I'm pretty sure no 4L pets of that variety exist)
Offers to take LESS money then my original offer
When prompted for the actual name of the pet gives me a 6L pet name
When the actual owner of that pet is NM'ed they know nothing about it

 

Scammed me out of $60 for two UC neopets. Will be reporting to paypal immediately.
